Life Coaching Sessions
What to expect

Life coaching sessions are run efficiently and effectively. This is your time, and I want to make sure we address all the things that are important to you. Here is a quick synopsis of a typical life coaching session.
Initial Intake Session
Here is where I learn more about you, your goals and perhaps were you are stuck.
Client Portal Access
To make our time efficient and effective, you will add updates to the portal in-between our sessions
Develop Plan
Post intake, in our first session, we will develop a plan to reach the goals, breaking the down to the smallest tasks
Track, Commit, Repeat
In subsequent sessions, we will track your progress, have you commit to the new tasks, and repeat
Remove the obstacles
When obstacles arise, I will guide you through their removal or looking at the negative from a different perspective to get past it
Self Exploration
As you embark on this journey, you will go through many levels of self exploration, and self realization that allows you to open up to many more opportunities
Habit & Life Changes
While you may not notice immediately, with this journey, you will begin to change your habits, and ultimately change your life.

Life Coaching Program

What is Involved in a Life Coaching Program?

There is not one answer to this question, a lot of of is determined by the need, the result wanted and the client.  However, despite the many differences based on clients, some elements remain the same. First, I do not give the solutions.  Instead, we work together for you to determine the right solution for yourself and your goal. Second, I do not tell you what to do.  Again, I simply help you decide what you need to accomplish to achieve your goal. Third, I will hold you accountable.  This is a two-way relationship, each of us with our responsibilities that must be meant to be successful.

In addition, other elements including in my life coaching program:

  • In-take interview
  • Goal achievement plant
  • In-person or online meetings with follow-up notes
  • Reminders
  • Client portal for tracking
  • Reading and other homework assignments
  • and much more!

How Much Time Do I Need To Invest?

In reality, you can invest as much or as little time as you want.  However, the more time you invest, the more you get out of the program.  In addition, there is a saying:

Your priorities aren’t what you say they are. They are reveled by how you live.

For example, clients usually spend about 5-10 hours per week on various activities, homework or general reflection needed as part of the program.  In addition, they can spend another 5-10 hours per week working on various activities that are part of their larger goal.  Of course, some of this depends on the goal and the plan we have put into place.
