If I'm going to exercise it has to be something I enjoy otherwise I will not do it. So, I choose swimming. Sometimes it is hard to get up on a cold morning and jump into water, but I do it.
When you hate exercise what to you do? Anything that you can to just get moving. I did HIIT, but admittedly I HATED it, but I will say it did do wonders to jump my start my weight loss.
Seems simple enough, but a good bike ride on a nice spring, summer or even fall day does wonders for my health including weight loss.
